ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Extras
May: The farm is green and vibrant. The lavender field hasn’t turned purple yet, but is wispy and stunning.
June: The lavender fields will start to develop color! The further along in the month, the more vibrant the blooms. U-Pick is scheduled during this time, and the lavender will begin to be cut.
July: The first week of this month, the blooms may still be in the field. Most lavender will have been cut and removed from the field. We will be leaving a section of plants for photos.
** Of course, we cannot guarantee blooms for a specific day. The information listed above is historically accurate, but refunds are not available due to lack or depth of blooms.
What about rain?
This can be such a worry for brides! But if 2020 taught us anything, it’s to be FLEXIBLE and we are carrying that through to this year. Here’s the deal—Our venue is outdoors, and we do not offer last minute refunds for rain. If it does end up raining, do not stress! Plan on bringing umbrellas for you and your guests to use during your short ceremony. We recommend clear ones. Your people will still love you! Clouds and sprinkles make for magical photos, and with a sweet little flower farm backdrop? You’re golden. Your cake and boxed meals will be served in the barn, so no worries there!
Covid-19 measures: Our venue is mostly outdoors/open air. Hand sanitizer will be available
Booking: 100% of payment is due upon booking to secure the date.
Cancellation policy: Our lavender season is very short, and time slots are few. That said, we are committed to offering a full refund of your event as long as there is a four week notice— once you have passed that mark, there will be no refunds.
Time Limits
It is extremely important that you and your guests arrive a few minutes early to your celebration. Everyone in your party will be admitted together at the scheduled time. Keep in mind there may be another elopement scheduled for before or after your time slot. Regardless of this, you may not make up time afterwards because you were running late, or come in early because your guests are waiting. Simply put… please be prompt.
Point of Contact
We will have a point of contact for you who will be there to greet you and your guests, coordinate with our vendors and keep your timeline running smoothly. These elopements were created to be short and sweet, very simple in nature— keep in mind this is not a full wedding package. Rest assured, she will be close at hand during your time slot. We want your special day to be just as perfect as you surely do!
